SHIPPING & RETURNS
Beginning November 25, 2020, please allow up to 10 business days for orders to be processed. Kimberley Top orders will ship out by Dec 10, 2020 to be received in time for Christmas. Please feel free to email me to inquire about turn-around time on your order.
STANDARD SHIPPING is regular Canada Post mail and does not include tracking or insurance on the item. As such, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items. International shipping is quoted in checkout process.
If you live in Edmonton and would like to pick up your item free of charge, select LOCAL PICKUP at checkout. Kimberley Top orders will be ready for pick up 10-14 days after ordering. Please wait for email confirmation for pick-up date and time.

Return & Exchange Policy
We will gladly offer a refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if item is returned in its original condition.
We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges on made to order or custom purchases. Masks are final sale, no refunds or exchanges. Sale items are final sale.
