Shipping
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from payment. Orders are processed in the order received. We strive to ship sooner when possible, but this is not always guaranteed.
- Local Pickup: If you are local to Beaumont, Alberta or the surrounding area, you may select LOCAL PICK UP at checkout. You will receive an email when your order is ready, including pickup details and our address.
- Shipping Rates: Standard shipping within Canada is free on orders over $200 CAD (after discounts, before tax and shipping). Orders under this threshold will have shipping calculated at checkout.
- Carriers: We ship using FedEx, Purolator, Canada Post, or UPS.
- Accuracy of Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Ang Hill purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer refunds or exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Items must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving your order.

Pre-Orders
Some products are made to order and listed as pre-orders in their product description. Pre-orders are refundable or exchangeable within 14 days of delivery, subject to the same return conditions.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it and place a new order for the item you want once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
