As I Am: Self-love and Self-Acceptance

Girl Holding Balloon

Have you ever looked in the mirror and wished that you could change something about yourself? Have you ever compared yourself to a friend or coworker and wanted to have what they have? Have you ever felt like you weren't enough? Have you ever felt dissatisfied with how your life was going?

The underlying theme in these questions is that there is something missing or that something about ourselves needs to be "fixed."

In a world where we are taught to obtain material possessions to be fulfilled; the big house, fancy car, perfect family, high status job, a great body, we forget the important things; connection with others, connection with our selves, laughter and love. These are the only things that will truly make us happy. And what's even better, we already have these things!! They are here with us right now.

This year, I am working on becoming comfortable with things as they are and ultimately becoming comfortable with me, As I Am.

I invite you to join me.

As a reminder to myself and to you, I am creating a new t-shirt line with the phrase "As I Am."

The intention is to show you that you can be happy with YOU as you are NOW. I want you to know that you are beautiful just the way are. You are enough just the way you are. And you are amazing just the way you are. This is true always. I want you to stand in your power and accept yourself as you are. As beautifully imperfect as you are. To be unequivocally and unapologetically YOU.

I want you to say to yourself: I love myself, As I Am.

As always, I will give $5 to The Compassion Project with each t-shirt sold. The citizens of Tsum are struggling right now with the COVID-19 crisis. Because they are a located in a remote village in Nepal, they do not have access to the same things that we do. If you would like to donate now, you can do so here.

I will also be hosting an amazing event this summer. HINT: it will involve helping women feel good about themselves in an out-of-the-box way. It will be one you won't want to miss!

Stay tuned for this exciting new t-shirt line and event info. If you are interested in my other t-shirt line, Ya Luk Gud, these are re-stocked and also include an important message designed to make you SMILE. You can find them here. And matching necklace is found here.

I love you. Namaste.
